My name is David Corfield, and I am the founder and Managing Director of David Corfield Communications. I run a busy media agency, commissioning journalists, photographers and designers to work for my clients.
I am a passionate car nut, and studied car photography many years ago before going on to work successfully as a car photographer back in the 1980s. Seems a long time ago now...
I got into publishing on the back of my photography and quickly realised that bashing a keyboard was equally as exciting as getting up at 4am to catch the sunrise over a Jaguar bonnet. Plus I got to have an extra few hours in bed.
I now combine my love of photography with my love of writing and have, for many years, written and photographed for a wide variety of consumer magazines around the world.
